Before anyone comments, it's not simply blown out - this was a perfectly exposed image - I've added a halation effect to achieve the etherial look. Located in a house in the abandoned town of Kolmanskop, a deserted diamond mining town in the middle of the dunes of the Namib desert. The latter I reckon ;-) Taken in the animal compound of the Quivertree Forest Rest Camp, Keetmanshoop, Namibia. Amazingly, for big wild cats, non threatening. This cat decided he needed a plaything and he proceeded to grab, drag and, ultimately, defend his new property! Not much of a story for this one. Driving around Etosha Park, Namibia, and there are a group of Giraffe heading away from our car. This tall drink of water was leading the pack at a good stride. No idea what the collective term is, but these guys tirelessly and repeatedly swarmed from the edge of the watering hole to the nearby tree and back again. Lunatics, the lot of them!!
